This is a conference for physicians, organizations, families, and health focused individuals. We are reaching out to individuals with principle and commitment to empowering all people to improve their personal healthcare habits and to work to eliminate health disparities. The conference provides scientific and general health education, community networking and a focus on health policy promotion designed to heighten equity in the delivery of care to all.

Complementing the golf game are two exhilarating days of youth programming, a black-tie reception, the President's Banquet and Ball and scientific workshops. We are particularly honored to again share this experience with our policy leaders from across North Carolina - members of . . . The North Carolina Legislative Black Caucus Foundation.

The opportunity to hear from them and the greater community of investors regarding 'best strategies' for joint venturing to eliminate undue disease and fatality is important to all that we pursue daily. Your contribution to this discussion is appreciated.

We've stepped away from our labs and clinics. We will be there, with our community. Together, we will embellish our belief in the worthiness of each and every individual's right to receive the highest standards of health care and we will learn about innovation in medicine and approaches to care.
